LAS VEGAS (December 15, 2015) – Grand Bazaar Shops™ invites guests to get their holiday party started by its Festivus Gathering on Dec. 23. Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa get all the attention but Festivus is an important holiday steeped in tradition since 1997, which the outdoor shopping attraction will celebrate in an afternoon full of fun.

The center will feature the appropriate décor including a Festivus pole and the popular tradition of “feats of strength.” Guests will be challenged to lift a 100lbs dumbbell high above their head showing how strong they are and complimentary photos will be taken of participant’s completing the challenge. Guests who participate in the Festivus feat of strenght will receive free Starbucks drink samples and Grand Bazaar Shops coupon books.

The Festivus gathering will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 23 from noon to 4 p.m. and activities will be offered in the center’s Grand Allée.
