Pisa Pizza offers a selection of artisan flatbread pizzas, a wide variety of available toppings and side-dishes. It features Lachmajun, an artisan flatbread rolled up around a tomatoey lamb mixture sprinkled with pepper flakes and topped with a spritz of lemon juice.
Most often known as Turkish pizzas, the lachmajun are made from a simple yeast dough divided into small rounds, rolled out and topped with a saucy blend of lamb, tomatoes, onions, parsley and spices. They’re baked quickly in a hot round rotating oven and served as a snack, appetizer, or light meal.
Side dishes offered include nachos, funnel fries and oreo churro.
